I Took A Panchakarma Treatment

To love yourself is not selfish. To love yourself is the beginning to learning how to love and appreciate others and things. Taking the decision to do the Panchakarma treatment is simply showing yourself that you still able to respect, love and care for you own good.

It’s hard to talk about Panchakarma in words, because the most difficult thing in life is to express your inner most feelings – but I will try. Panchakarma is divided into 3 dimensions; spiritually, mentally and physically. When acts of love are interrupted by a tough reality, your spiritual zone is deeply injured. As life goes one, one gets used to the pain, and is soon addicted to it subconsciously. After some time, you start to lose focus, and eventually you don’t know yourself. Panchakarma treatment brought me back to myself, gave me serenity, and above all it continued the acts of love, with which I am back to live, not survive.

If your soul is hurt, definitely your mind does not function well. They reflect each other. Panchakarma got me in the positive attitude practically, not just slogans by relaxation and removing blockages that made me unproductive, have low esteem, and an extremely sensitive attitude towards staff.

Panchakarma provided me with the miracle of life that still exists inside of me.

The human body is the thermostat of the mind and spirit. One alone does not do well for your ampere. It either jump ups or sink sinks down. You need both alone. Panchakarma fixed my body by getting rid of all the water retention, fats, cellulite, and muscle stiffness. Simply, it cleaned me, or in another words gave me rebirth.

I can’t talk about the treatment without mentioning my healers. Praveen, whom I consider the master who directed me to the sun, unveiled my eyes to the beauty still around, by diagnosing my case before I spoke. He put his knowledge, years of experience and passion to my service, just to see me well.  Manouj, who is a traditional Indian healer, who speaks from heaven or brings heaven on earth, who’s like an oasis in a hot desert, transformed all my fear, tension and anxiety to peace of mind. Monah, a man who’s praying all the time in his silence as if he blessed me from the devils curses.

I owe these people my life, and I am not exaggerating after all they did to me. I feel very grateful, and captured by their good and tender hearts.

Mariam.

Homeopathy In Sharm

When you visit the doctor, he will ask you what is wrong. "My foot hurts," you might say, and the doctor will lift the foot and look at it from all angles.
He has seen this before. Within 15 minutes, he will learn all of the details he needs to make a diagnosis. He will write on a pad, hand you a slip of paper, and you will hobble out the door. This is how medicine is done, right?
Why is it then, that for the same complaint, a homeopath will require that you sit in her office for at least an hour? Why will she ask you about your childhood, your dreams, your preferences for food, and so on?
What are these tiny white pills she has recommended you, and why do they have a name that sounds so strange?

Do You Believe In The Evil Eye?

Hello Muriel,

Do you believe in the evil eye?

 Thanks,
Mona

Dear Mona,
I don’t think it is about belief; it is more about respect and acceptance for other people’s beliefs. It is not about my opinion either as opinions become diluted with age.
The ‘Evil Eye’ is believed by many cultures to be able to cause bad luck or injury on the person to whom it is directed.
The concept and significance of it varies widely between cultures, but for me the psychodynamics are of ‘envy.’
It has been mentioned several times in the Bible and is also mentioned in the Koran.
