Start your Day with...
Laughter yoga!
1. Good Mood and More Laughter: Whether it is your personal life, business life or social life everything you do depends upon your mood state. If your mood is good, you can do things much better. Laughter Yoga helps to change the mood within minutes by releasing certain chemicals from your brain cells called endorphins. You will remain cheerful and in a good mood throughout the day and will laugh more than you normally do.
2. Healthy Exercise to Beat Stress: Laughter Yoga is like an aerobic exercise (cardio workout) which brings more oxygen to the body and brain which makes one feel more healthy and energetic. Laughter Yoga is a single exercise routine which reduces physical, mental and emotional stress simultaneously.

Vincent Van Gogh
Vincent Willem van Gogh was a Dutch Post-Impressionist artist who was born on 30 March, 1853 in Groot-Zundert, a village close to Breda in the province of North Brabant in the southern Netherlands.
He came from a family of artist as art and religion were the two occupations to which the Van Gogh family gravitated. In his early adult years, he worked for a firm of art dealers and at the age of 20, was earning more than his father. After working as a teacher for a brief period, Vincent became a missionary worker in a very poor mining region. But it was not until 1880 that he embarked upon a career as an artist.

Pogo Stick
Remember back to when we were small and light enough to go bouncing about on a good old Pogo Stick? Lovely… For those of you that don’t know, a pogo stick is a device consisting of a pole with a handle at one end, footpads on the other and a spring which supports the stick and user when on the ground. Usually considered a children's toy, it is used for hopping up and down by use of the spring. It was invented by Hans Meimban of Germany.

Dear Lady
I don't know from where I can start I am an Egyptian lady living in sharm for 2 and half years. I am 23, and recently i am not feeling well here. I choose to write to you because I like what you always write, and also because you are in the same city, so maybe u will understand me. I feel that Sharm is full of russians and every time i look around me i find them with open clothes, and egyptian men around them holding their hands and maybe more! When I apply to any good position that suits my qualifications, the answer is, sorry we need a russian girl...i’m not saying they are all bad, some of them are my best friends, but some have to respect our traditions.

Remember This!
Another fascination of our childhood was the Rubik’s cube and probably still is! All the time and patience spent puzzling over these things…
The Rubik's Cube is a 3-D mechanical puzzle with twenty-six miniature cubes where each of the cubes is one of the following colours: white, red, blue, orange, green, and yellow. By moving and twisting the cubes the objective is that all the six faces must be a solid colour. (). A Rubik's cube 5.7 cm on each side.

The Avatar Craze
During the last month, I was bombarded with Avatar stories. At the beginning I had no clue everyone was on about, so I decided to do a little bit of research. A large number of smart people I know were very impressed with the movie, and the under-lying meanings that it had. I couldn’t resist – I had to see it. I headed on down to Cairo (as it was the closest cinema to me showing it), and watched it.

Homeopathy In Sharm
When you visit the doctor, he will ask you what is wrong. "My foot hurts," you might say, and the doctor will lift the foot and look at it from all angles.
He has seen this before. Within 15 minutes, he will learn all of the details he needs to make a diagnosis. He will write on a pad, hand you a slip of paper, and you will hobble out the door. This is how medicine is done, right?
Why is it then, that for the same complaint, a homeopath will require that you sit in her office for at least an hour? Why will she ask you about your childhood, your dreams, your preferences for food, and so on?
What are these tiny white pills she has recommended you, and why do they have a name that sounds so strange?

Do You Believe In The Evil Eye?
Hello Muriel, Do you believe in the evil eye? Thanks, Mona
Dear Mona,
I don’t think it is about belief; it is more about respect and acceptance for other people’s beliefs. It is not about my opinion either as opinions become diluted with age.
The ‘Evil Eye’ is believed by many cultures to be able to cause bad luck or injury on the person to whom it is directed.
The concept and significance of it varies widely between cultures, but for me the psychodynamics are of ‘envy.’
It has been mentioned several times in the Bible and is also mentioned in the Koran.
